Sponsoring Exhibitor Terms.
Cancellation of Contract. If this agreement is canceled by Exhibitor for any reason, or by the Organizer because of an Exhibitor's default or violation of this agreement, monies paid to the Organizer by Exhibitor shall be retained as follows: If cancellation occurs 45 days or more before the start of the show, the Organizer shall retain 50% and return the balance to the Exhibitor. If cancellation occurs within 45 days of the show, the entire amount shall be retained by the Organizer. The exhibitor understands that it is not possible for the Organizer to provide specific attendance guarantees as they vary widely by location and date. The Organizer has the right to delay events and will reschedule them at the soonest practical date.
